The Agniveer (Agnipath) Intake 02/2023 program offered by the Indian Airforce provides numerous benefits to Indian youth aged between 17.5 to 21 years who apply for it. Successful candidates will serve in the armed forces for a period of four years.
One of the benefits of the program is the provision of life insurance cover worth Rs. 48 Lakhs for the duration of their engagement period as Agniveers in the Indian Airforce. Additionally, upon completion of their service, Agniveers will receive a skill-set certificate from the Indian Airforce.
Agniveers will also receive leave benefits, including 30 days of annual leave and sick leave based on medical advice. Finally, the program offers various yearly benefits to Agniveers.

The Indian Airforce has released a notification for the recruitment of Agniveer Vayu through Intake 02/2023. Interested candidates can apply online between 17 March 2023 to 04 April 2023.
When applying, candidates should submit a recent, passport-sized, colour photograph taken not before January 2023, with a file size of 10 KB to 50 KB. The photograph should be taken in a light background without head gear except for Sikhs, with the candidate holding a black slate in front of their chest containing their name and the date of the photograph taken, written in capital letters with white chalk.
Candidates should read the notification carefully before filling out the recruitment application form. They should also ensure that they have collected and prepared all necessary documents, such as eligibility criteria, ID proof, and address details, and scan these documents, including their photograph and signature, ready for upload.
Before submitting the application form, candidates should check the preview and ensure that all columns have been filled correctly. If the candidate is required to pay an application fee, they must submit it, or else their form will not be completed. Finally, they should take a print out of the final submitted form for future reference.
